Do you allow outside food and beverages?

We do not allow carry-in food or beverages. We offer Combo Meals as an add-on that can be used towards a choice of meal, beverage, and chips combo from our concessions stand, that will be delivered to your party area at 11 AM (for the 10-12 time slot) or 2 PM (for the 1-3 time slot). You can also choose to purchase concessions individually onsite.

What about birthday desserts?

We do allow you to bring a birthday cake or cupcakes. If ice cream is desired, we have soft-serve vanilla ice cream available as an add-on. Please let us know in your reservation if you would like to have ice cream added to your party package.

What kinds of decorations am I allowed to bring?

We do not allow outside decorations.

What if I purchase additional tickets and those people can't attend?

Additional tickets are non-refundable, and they will be donated to a community outreach center.

Can I bring a professional photographer?

Professional photographers must purchase admission and a photography pass. Please see our photography guidelines here.

Cancellation Policy

Please give no less than 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. 

Rescheduling is based on availability, and is not guaranteed.

Because we operate rain or shine, we will not reschedule or cancel your party due to forecasted weather. However, if you choose to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

If persistent heavy rain or lightning occurs during your party, you and your guests will receive rainchecks to visit on a later date within the season.
