Do you allow outside food and beverages?

We do not allow carry-in food or beverages. We offer Meal Tickets as an add-on that can be used towards a choice of meal combo that can be renewed at our Barnyard Bites Concession Stand. You can also choose to purchase concessions individually onsite. Additionally, we offer Drink Tickets as an add-on that can be used towards alcohol and non alcoholic drinks at all of our checkouts.  I get it, you don’t know how many to buy right now!  You’re able to log-in to your account and make changes and additions up to 7 days prior to your event.  

What if I purchase additional tickets and those people can't attend?

That’s the cool thing, I’ve designed this link so you’re able to log into your account at any time and adjust the number of tickets you need up to 7 days prior to your event.  I know, they're are always “those” people with last minute changes or simply just don’t show up, it happens, if it does, those additional tickets are non-refundable, and they will be donated to a community outreach center. Even though “those” people missed out on the fun, their ticket will bring lots of JOY to another individual!

Cancellation Policy

Please give no less than 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. 

Rescheduling is based on availability, and is not guaranteed.

Because we operate rain or shine, we will not reschedule or cancel your party due to forecasted weather. However, if you choose to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation results in forfeiture of all collected funds. 

If persistent heavy rain or lightning occurs during your event, you and your guests will receive rainchecks to visit on a later date within the season.
